MSIs will eventually be deprecated so we should switch the website links over to MSIX. The suffix for download.mozilla.org is "-msix-SSL" similar to the current "-msi-SSL". eg https://download.mozilla.org/?product=thunderbird-115.4.1-msix-SSL&os=win64&lang=af

The actual MSI(not -X) files are not being removed from the download site for the time being.
