First pass at EOY 2023 page. #515

Apologies for the delay, I've been a tad busy, and a touch rusty for mostly doing backend for a while now 😄. As Alex suggested, here's a first draft, although the only thing missing is the button states, and the optimization of the images.

I've also went with less styling so I had to do some small adjustments to the build system to get it to compile. This only builds an additional .css file, so it shouldn't affect any other page.

Style is messy as it was a bunch of copy and paste from figma, it's never 1:1 so some things (like gradients) had to be adjusted. Please nitpick anything and everything. And of course only working in dark mode means I've missed shading error on the little triangle cut off svg. 😅

Okay I've adjusted the gaussian blur on the svg manually so it doesn't clip over the bottom. This view also is half my mac screen, so it lines more up with the design.

Looks so good! Maybe just my brain, but I feel like I want to align the base of the picture of the computer monitor to the center of the heart/thunderbird team footer
