It's a little silly, but I had to add another dict to handle any variations in our naming scheme.
In the future if anyone wants to use these calendars in their app (providing, not consuming) they should probably query our calendars.json file as I've added some more meta data that should help them track changes in filenames. That file is available at: https://www.thunderbird.net/media/caldata/autogen/calendars.json
