French translations on the hero image are either incorrect or read weird

• "Alle Ordner" is not French but German. The correct translation would be "Tous les dossiers", as per Pontoon (https://pontoon.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/mail/messenger/messenger.ftl/?string=219711)
• "Il est temps aller" reads something like "It is to go time". A more correct translation would be "C'est parti"

We might want to refer to Pontoon if we want to localise screenshots (especially the one atop the home page), if not I wonder if the same weirdness/correctness issues might already exist in other languages.

As an additional nitpick, the screenshot shows time in PM, which is never used in most French-speaking areas.

(the date is in the north-American format too, but that's only noticeable if you know 115's release date, so probably not a big deal)

• the message label should read "Important", not "Importante", as per https://pontoon.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/mail/chrome/messenger/messenger.properties/?string=83189
• the text in the filter box should be "Filtrer les messages :", as per https://pontoon.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/mail/messenger/about3Pane.ftl/?string=286637

@MelissaAutumn I've fixed the date formatting in all of them. Technically we shouldn't display PM with a 13:20 time in English either. I can't vouch for the translations otherwise, but I've corrected the date formatting in both German and Japanese.

Thanks @ryangorley! It looks good to me, apart from the current folder name atop the message list ("Corbeille", the trash folder). I hadn't noticed it previously (apologies), it doesn't match with the folder that's selected on the folders list, which is "Courier entrant" (the inbox folder).
