Moved the CI changes to this PR. The changes are just additions to the android_build.yaml file.

This pushed me to look into common Android architectures. See this link for more info, but I think we should deprecate support for x86.

I opened a discussion thread for this particular issue, see #195. For now I think removing x86 of the CI is the right call.
