Issues related to smaller screen sizes #282

Opening this to keep track of all issues related to screen sizes.

[x] Carousel section title and progress bar overlap
[x] Carousel chapter circles overlap
[x] No network banner font size is too big on small screens
[x] Send screen is not scrollable so looses the send button
[x] Generate a new address button becomes 2 lines not centered
[x] Bitcoin testnet and unit choice overlap on balance card
[x] Balance amount is split into 2 lines on balance card
[x] Unit name is out of the screen on balance card
[x] Send and receive buttons are not the same size
[x] Icons on the send and receive buttons are not the same size
[x] Margin is too big on the transactions list
[x] Settings page is not scrollable
[x] Back button overlaps with screen title on Send testnet coins back screen
[x] Back button overlaps with screen title on Recovery phrase screen
[x] Into screen is not scrollable so we loose the Recover your wallet link

Note: test on a normal size device with font size increased.

Closing this with #317. There will be more issues I'm sure, but the big part of what needed to get fixed is now done.
