Find way to setup more involved software dependencies that doesn't destroy current talos configuration #77

38 has been nothing but a pain. I need a way to setup strange library configurations on talos in a way that won't destroy the current setup (packages, libraries, headers, software versions). That would be a nuisance.

I'm looking into Docker to alleviate this concern. In order for it to qualify for usage it must meet these requirements

  1. Records library file changes and removals
  2. Able to undo changes
  3. Ros packages running inside a docker are able to communicate with packages outside of the container.

Only works on 64bit :(
