The specified SKU │ 'Standard' of account deployment is not supported by the model #5

Deployment ends with this error: Deployment Name: "gpt-35-turbo"): performing CreateOrUpdate: unexpected status 400 with error: InvalidResourceProperties: The specified SKU │ 'Standard' of account deployment is not supported by the model 'gpt-35-turbo' version: '0613'.

(I tried other models too, same result).
