Add keyboard shortcuts for Request rename/duplicate #1572

Please describe feature/problem details and the solution you'd like. Please add shortcuts for request rename(F2 preferable) and request duplicate(perhaps ctrl/cmd + D)).

Are you using the free version/paid version/trial: Enterprise.
