several changes #28

  1. fixed some things in root as well as adding place name Kenai alaska
  2. Added multiple NPR radio stations in main--reorganized radio stations so that they all live together in main. NPR stations up to CT are done so far.
  3. Removed liblouis references from main in favor of a consolidated root entry with SPR.

@nromey Just FYI, I'll alter "Kenai" a bit in the next commit this way: `[.1ki.2nY] to have the last syllable elongated a bit more.

@nromey And, BTW, great job with NPR stations in Main - kindly keep up the station name correction/clean-up!
