Added two words, removed one #32

This one should be able to be merged properly. I've added two words and removed one word which is, by default, said correctly--my name. The accented word would be pronounced Noelle which I agree with. Non-accented, in U.S. English I'd pronounce it the default way.

@nromey Thanks for your efforts. I just merged it. It's great to know that with your assistance your name is pronounced correctly by Eloquence/IBMTTS, once again! 😁

@nromey I just made a commit, and modified one of your words: bumsucking [.1bHm.2sH.0kIG] bunged[bHGd] bunging [.1bHG.0IG] pteromerhanophobia[.2tEr.0x.0mR.2ha.0no.1fo.0bi.0x] As for "pteromerhanophobia," the ph sound in "phobia" should receive the major, primary stress. This is in accordance with all English words which are relevant to phobias. And while I was there, I added "bunged."

@nromey One more suggestion: Please paste your additions/modifications in the comments section, I mean here, as you make a commit or commits. That way, we can see the changes faster without the need to open the Github editor or the Github Desktop app, and further modifying them becomes much easier.
