Trying to get it to work at work

This contains code that both makes changes so that training can be done on an AWS GPU instance and fixes some problems/bugs in the code.

• Changes to miniconda installation because it didn't work on the AWS GPU instance.
• Adding option to do a GPU install, but well, we're on a GPU instance.
• Moving from a train.ipynb notebook to a normal script file.
• Fix DeprecationError in gensim word2vec loading code
• Fix critical typos that were creating ImportErrors and KeyErrors
