Thunderstore Mod Manager Error Failed to import/ export profiles in any games #1001

Here comes the problem: When I tried to import or export a profile of the game, Lethal Company, the error occurred with the message 'Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'startsWith')' while importing and undefined (reading ''key')'while exporting. So, now, I can't share the Mod profiles using code in Thunderstore Mod Manager, which makes playing Lethal Company with my friends difficult. But I'm confused now because I used to import or export profiles yesterday and the day before it to play the game, Lethal Company. I don't know if it is something silently happened to my Windows system or something else that contributes to this problem.

Several attempts I have made to solve the problem but failed are as follows:

  1. I disabled Windows Defender's protection and reinstalled Thunderstore Mod Manager with running as Administrator.
  2. The Thunderstore Mod Manager was installed in the default path: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf'.
  3. I launched Thunderstore Mod Manager as Administrator.
  4. Select the game Lethal Company and tried to import the profile using code '018d0326-baa6-ba9a-2018-73186873a68e' but the error occurred.
  5. Tried to export profile in the game Lethal Company and Son of the forest but the errors occurred.

The version of Overwolf is: Client version: 0.240.0.6(64-bit） My Windows specifications are: Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 Installed on ‎6/‎8/‎2022 OS build 22635.2921 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0

I hope these information is helpful for you guys to locate the errors. Frankly, I searched the error message 'Cannot read properties of undefined' on Bing and it seemed like a problem occurred in Java. But unfortunately, I knew little about computer programming. So I open this issue and I'm glad to submit logs (if any) for further discussion.

Hi @MarkTheKing Unfortunately, this is an issue that has been occuring since yesterday. The devs are aware of the problem - and specifically for import/export via code.

In the meantime, import/export as a file and not a code. This is the workaround!

I feel just a little happy to know it a common problem not just happening to me.

I'll try to import/export as a file and not a code these days instead.

Hey, as others have noted already the profile sharing feature was disabled temporarily as it was negatively impacting the rest of the platform. The issue has now been resolved & sharing should work again.
