Create Data Viewer Layout dialog box should not close when detecting outside clicks #1220

Snap to Place UI - web

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click the Save as Data Viewer Layout button
  2. Click outside of the dialog box

Expected Behavior

This dialog box should only close when OK, Cancel, or X are clicked. When the dialog box closes when an a click is made outside of the boxes' border, it can be annoying because this is a common occurrence when trying to map fields.

Actual Behavior

The dialog box closes.
