Global listener "when the initializes or changes" #555

The "when initializes or changes" block only works if the variable change occurred on the screen containing this block. For this reason, the link in the project does not trigger a listener on another screen. I have to make another crutch.

It would be interesting if this block worked on any screen.

Never tested this one, but I hoped that any change of a variable (in any screen) would trigger this event (in any other screen). [sob]
