Double Row Border when Scrollable = TRUE #695

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add row to new screen
  2. set Row border width = 5, radius = 5 color =BLACK Style=Dashed
  3. Set Row scrollable = TRUE

This issue will be resolved in the forthcoming update to the Row component that will also make the Scrollable property of the Row behave as intended.
