LiveId Authentication Support #49

I would be an enhancement probably,

code don't authenticate for LiveId, which i must do.

like, I have a Dynamics CRM Online 2011,
i provided the credentials and it showed me error for that.

The same thing here. I tried with two different accounts 
'xxx@yyyy.onmicrosoft.com' and 'xxx@hotmail.com' and both require LiveId 
authentication, which threw an error in your class immediately. I would 
appreciate if you could support this. Thanks!

I don't have access to a test environment for Dynamics CRM Online, so it's very 
difficult for me to do any development for this configuration.

If you can provide me with appropriate details that I can use, I will do my 
best to support this...
