Add content about parking information. #37

In the Location area, add some info for drivers with regards to parking in the vicinity of Iron Yard.

@alliesaizan - I'm thinking we should translate that data from PDF into .geojson format for Matt to add to the map with hover effects!

Parking info stored in a geo_json folder in this zip file (wasn't sure which folder to push this to) @mvaden parking_info.geojson.zip
