Switched to Ms. Walton's Mapbox style. #53

Added @amyleew map style to the page.

Resolves issue #33.

Looks like the July date is hanging in the background. Probably just a col issue.

@mvaden - can you add navigation controls to the map and lock the location by adding scrollZoom=false to the map object, so when you scroll you don't get stuck on the map. that keeps happening to me now.

Added map controls and disabled zooming on scroll.

The agenda should now remain fixed in their respective columns when the viewport shrinks.
