sptest: "unittest.inc" should require no other dependencies

The driver, "sptest.bas" can/should continue to have dependencies on "splib/"

Can we inline automatically using sptrans:

• omit unnecessary functions/subroutines
• replace/rename the others into the ut. namespace.
