官方是否干涉个人开发者通过技术手段使用网站的 API #1660

在开源社区里也存在其他第三方工具例如 iconfont 的第三方浏览器插件，图标批量下载脚本，集成在其它项目中的使用接口实现的 iconfont 图标搜索等。

不知官方对于个人开发者整理并使用 iconfont 网站的接口，来制作插件、客户端、或者集成进其它项目这种做法持什么态度？（非盈利目的，仅仅是为了使用 iconfont 的时候更方便）

有很多产品在开源社区都有第三方开发者制作一些衍生作品，例如网易云音乐，语雀，V2EX，掘金，知乎日报的第三方客户端等。我在一些 issue 里发现官方似乎也不反对，遂求证。
