completely unplayabe #15

After the new detailer patch I am unable to play any of my saves, I know it doesn't get any updates anymore but this is an emergency because so many of my roads are broken and I can't replace them with vanilla roads because deleting/upgrading always crashes the game.

Please find a way to solve this because i do not wanna lose my cities

This appears to be a bug with v 1.4.# of Asset Packs Manager. Reverting back to 1.3.0 resolved the issue with this and one other code mod/asset pack.
