Divide into different per-version branches #2

In order to being able to correctly document the new features in new versions (like 2.1), this repository should replace its current "master" branch with 2.0-master and 2.1-master ones. 2.1-master should be the default now.

I'm not really sure whether having 2.0-dev and 2.1-dev would be a need... what do you think?

@ultraq Emanuel, could you take care of this reorganization? Then you could merge #1 into 2.1-master also, if possible.

Yeah, dev branches won't be necessary. I'll make those new master ones.
