I saw that we have a lang="en" attribute in the articles template, but none for the tutorials template because, well, we have a Japanese translation of one of our tutorials too.
It'd be nice to include the language meta-data in the docs file (maybe assume a default of en, so we only specify where it's not en?) and then have that show up in the generate HTML as lang="<the-language>".
