Toolbar button names #237

Under settings > behavior > toolbar buttons, the lists under "Top toolbar 
elements" and "Bottom toolbar elements" read:
-all
-date
-add event
-settings
-refresh

When they should read:
-all
-date
-button 1
-button 2
-button 3

If the button functions are changeable, they should have generic names assigned.

This fix has already been applied to the next version of AW (along with some 
other toolbar optimization's). Grab it here if you would like to test:
