Date deadlined tasks shows a time when timezone shifts #292

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a task with touchdown but set the deadline to a date with no time
2. Change the timezone on your device

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Show the task with no time, however it actually shows the time which is offset 
from the original timezone of the task.
