(investigate) Allow color bullets to use transparency in the color #296

If I set a custom opacity for an agenda color, his bullet become white on main 
agenda.
Otherwise, that's work on a quick agenda (custom opacity well shown).

The transparency can't be used on the bullets at this stage (known limitation).
Changing the subject to potentially investigate making it available in the 
future.
