Still seeing this on 2.0.15. ICS 4.0.4. Galaxy Nexus LTE. I cleared cache and
data, but have not uninstalled and reinstalled.

This bug still persists-Agenda Widget Plus 2.0.15, ICS 4.0.4, Astrid 4.0.6.2
It persists when creating recurring tasks with due date but no due time as
well. Sets default due time to noon.

As mentioned in comment 5, the new issue is due to Astrid changing the way they
store their data and a fix is on the way

The Astrid task issue should be fixed
(www.androidagendawidget.com/development), the PI issue is more complicated and
still at large

No. Just downloaded, no-time tasks still show "noon".

Deployed a new fix for Astrid(actually tested this time)
http://www.androidagendawidget.com/development
The fix for PI (original issue) is also bundled in, however it will only work
with PI2 (is that out yet?) and it is untested (I'm waiting on a copy of PI)

Fix for PI seems to work on PI 2.0 beta :) However, when an event or task is
tapped and three option menu appears, the Open selection opens built-in
calendar not PI (PI was set as default). View and Edit both open PI as expected.

Please create a new issue

Further information on Tasks:
Tasks with no category assigned do not display, even when Settings Task
Tags/Lists has the option No tag checked. Tasks with a category that is
selected in that settings do display.
Tasks with no time set display at noon, in between events before noon and
events after noon (so there are some events, then tasks, then more events). It
seems like tasks with no events would show up either before any events or
following all events.

New issue :)
>Tasks with no time set display at noon
Good point, I will be looking at ordering soon but it is probably worth
creating a new issue for this as well so I don't forget
