Countdown shows does not show the "logical" number of remaining days #318

With the remainder off, countdowns show a day early

If today is the 20th and it is 8am and we have an event on the 24th at 7am, the 
countdown function will show 3 days and 23 hours. If we disable the remainder 
it will show 3 days, which is technically accurate but not logical.

When using no remainder, the countdown should start from midnight of today 
which means any remainder will be irrelevant.
