Creating events from widget (in calendar app) with no time results in event showing on incorrect day #323

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. + on agenda widget
2. add event with no duration

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
event should show on correct day, shows a day early

User who reported the error is in the North America:  Mountain DST timezone
