Dev version - issue 314 resolved, but now PI tasks all list as starting at 19:00 #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set AAW to access PI for tasks
2. Tasks listed, but introduced with "19:00"
3. Setting AAW to access DTG for same tasks does not cause this issue.

I've attached two screenshots to an email to you, one with PI, the other with 
DTG.  (i didn't want the attachments visible to everyone on the forum)

What Android OS are you using?: 2.3.7 (CM7)
Which version of Agenda Widget?: 

TimeFormat
