on adw launcher the swipe up to raise the dock looses sensitivity if the swipe goes on the agenda widget

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Swipe up so the swipe will go over the widget
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expexted - show the dock, instead - the dock is not showing up

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
Android 2.3.4, rmk kernel, Agenda widget 2.0.16 plus dev.

The last plus dev version  i used was 1.6.17 and the problem was not present.
On 2.0.16 the isuue is present with all themes

Please provide any additional information below.
Please attach a log file attachment if possible in the case of force
closes.
Please add a label for the category of error (e.g. if dates are showing
incorrectly please choose "DateFormat"

Widgets have no control over gestures, this is a problem with the launcher

As i have already clearly stated the isssue is not there with 2.0.16 under the 
same launcher version. Think again.

Do you have scrolling enabled? 
Please attach your settings and the specific launcher and version.

Sorry for the delay. Attached please find the settings file. The ADW launcher 
version is 1.3.3.56. The issue was present with and without scrolling enabled, 
the phone was restarted few times during testing. I say "was present" because 
when i opened a second widget on another screen (for testing purposes) i can 
scroll up again even after the second widget was removed. Stays "fixed" after a 
reboot. Go figure...
