Date shown more than once #350

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable the "Show date once" setting
2. Create an all day event in google calendar for today
3. Create another all day event in google calendar for today and tomorrow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Today's date is shown on the first event only.
Observed: Today's date is shown on both events.

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
Android: 2.3.5
Agenda Widget: 1.6.18

Please provide any additional information below.
The error is only repeated if it is the second event that you create that spans 
more than one day.

Please attach a log file attachment if possible in the case of force
closes.
