Range Past: Doesnt work if Show All Day Events are set as Yes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set Range Past: Dont look behind
2. Set Event Filtering: Show all day Events ... Yes
3. Now the Dont look behind doesnt work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All Day events to show... and current time and future time events (not events 
since midnight)
What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
Ice Cream Sandwich. Latest widget

I found it. And removed the Tick for Use Home Timezone... but the problem
still exist.
The Range Past: Dont look behind only works is Show All Day Events are Not
set as Yes....

I think the bug is actually with the setting "multi day on each day" in more 
customization->date type settings (or maybe the combination of show all day and 
multi day on each day". This is a sort of known limitation, I will see if it is 
hard to fix for the next update.
