Duplicated events are not detected if there is a case mismatch #356

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set up two calendar sources
2.Add the same event ( same time) to both but with a case mismatch e.g. Kim's 
Birthday / Kim's birthday
3.import both into agenda

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect / hope that case would be ignored or at least have an option to choose 
to so that the two events
Would merge into one. Instead see two events with a single letter case 
difference between them

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
ICS , 2.0.16

Please provide any additional information below.
Please attach a log file attachment if possible in the case of force
closes.
Please add a label for the category of error (e.g. if dates are showing
incorrectly please choose "DateFormat"
