The No Events label does not display with scrolling enabled #359

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If no events fall in the range I've set then nothing displays in the widget.  
If I toggle the scrolling the No events label displays.

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
Ice Cream Sandwich

Please provide any additional information below.
Please attach a log file attachment if possible in the case of force
closes.
Please add a label for the category of error (e.g. if dates are showing
incorrectly please choose "DateFormat"
