A player got the relic Nanoforge which is allowed to be attached to Mecatol Rex since it's a non-legendary planet.

It looks like Mecatol Rex doesn't give the option to be attached to.

Good catch - I missed that Nano-Forge could be attached to Mecatol. Updated so that you can attach it.
