Add ability to view map on mobile #24

Currently, the map cannot be viewed on mobile (or tablet).

There should be a way to view the map.

Additionally, whatever is used should be able to be used to do the following:

Display the QR code/game ID
Open the Planets/Techs/Objectives menus
Update Speaker (when applicable)
View the game timer?
Open the Options menu (not implemented).

Some options:

An expanding menu (hamburger)
A floating button/menu.
Part of the permanent header (or as a separate permanent footer/sidebar)

Added as a floating button/menu at the bottom of the page.

Will leave open until the icon(s) are better.
