Faction elimination #62

Could there be an option for faction elimination? Just had a game where a faction was eliminated, but I couldn't find a way to accomplish that in the app.

There's not currently a way to accomplish that - I almost always play in-person games with friends, and it'd be considered bad form to eliminate someone entirely.

That being said, it's definitely part of the game, and does happen, so there should be a way to mark it. There are a number of changes I'll have to make to get everything to work correctly, and a couple of edge cases to take care of, but it should be simple enough to just stick an "eliminate player" button next to any factions that no longer have any planets.
