[HW] TSL25911 digital ambient light sensor #180

Is this request related to a missing driver support for a particular hardware platform, SoC or board? Please describe. I need driver support for TSL25911.

Describe why you are asking for this support? Missing Zephyr upstream driver.

Additional context There are similar chips with Zephyr drivers as template: TSL2540 Ambient Light Sensor or TSL2561 light sensor
