Exclude multivisor-rpc from showing up in list of running programs #96

I set up multivisor per the recommendations with Option #2 event listener.

However, the multivisor-rpc program shows up in the list that users can stop/start.

When this program is stopped, all communication with the remote supervisord is dead.

As such, moved back to option #1.
