[FEATURE]: Added Latin Spanish language (es-La) #69

I have added the Latin Spanish language without translators. I am Spanish and I can speak the English language so I have been able to translate perfectly from the English language to the Spanish language.

Thank you very much for this fantastic application. I hope there can be a Web version to use it from the browser too.
