You can try. Simply fork Haxe and add it to std nearby to existing TestCase. And create tests (in /tests). And pull-request. Maybe Nicolas will approve it if all ok.

Ok, thanks, I'll think about that, haven't compiled and used haxe dev so far, tho i might do it sometime for a couple of reasons, I'll keep that in mind.

Meanwhile here is the haxe issue where i discussed that some months ago: https://github.com/HaxeFoundation/haxe/issues/3160

Also feel free to add it yourself if you wish. I also think its a good addition.
