Allow key combinations #40

I would be nice to be able to use key combinations to show/hide the console, like SHIFT+TAB, CTRL+TAB, etc.

Ummm ok, have to rethink how monitor and profiler will turn on then (atm its CTRL+CONSOLEKEY, SHIFT + CONSOLEKEY), should be able to come up with something.
