Feature request: patern import and export #5

It would be really useful to be able to import and export patterns (ideally in some text-only format, so the patterns could easily be edited using any text-editing tool).

This would allow easy sharing of patterns among TIME1's users, so users wouldn't necessarily have to create patterns themselves and interesting patterns could easily be propagated among the community.

A rather niche feature, its not too difficult to implement apart from the save and load file dialogs (not sure if they are supported in iplug2), don't think this feature would get much use but thanks for the suggestion.
