Hello, Are u running from a local development instance or from a docker container?

In both cases, you should have a database filename {filename}.db in some directory. Try remove this database and run the CHAOS again e try with the default password.

If you are running from a local development probably your database is inside CHAOS/database/chaos.db in root project.

If running from a docker instance, theres a mount volume point with the database file.
