Adding timezone.js to address issue #18 #68

  1. Updating package.json to get rid of outdated xvfb-run
  2. There are two commits for taskbot.js ("added test/call response" and "changing back taskbot.js") No changes were made.
  3. Adding timezone.js to address issue #18

@tiagosiebler Let me know if this is what you had in mind. I think it's a good start, but I think I'm also ready to move onto a different issue.
