CFG Loader Freezes when starting up from System Menu or HBC. #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Leave the Wii in the system Menu for +10 min.
2. Let HDD go to sleep.
3. Access CFG Loader through latest stable CFG Loader Forwarder by FIX94 or HBC
1.0.8.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is accessing my games normally. However I see the Loader
Freezes in the loading screen (screen that displays version and IOS)

What version of the loader are you using?
v70

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3u

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD for games. Config are on SD.

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
ntfs

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
294 ciosx d2x v6 and 250.

Does it work with other loaders?
Same issue with USB Loader GX

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
tried v69, same issue.

Please provide any additional information below.
This does not happen with WiiMC 1.0.8. When my HDD goes to sleep and WiiMC
tries to access my NTFS HDD USB drive, it will freeze for 1 sec and wake up the
HDD. I can access all my folders normally. The work around for the CFG Loader
freeze is to unplug and plug the HDD OR access WiiMC to wake up the HDD.

Do you think WiiMC doesn't have an issue on waking up the HDD because it's
using IOS58?

I think it's similar to the problem I have v70(release),in version 69(release)
I have no problem if the HDD is inactive and then launch CFG. It takes a while
but it loads CFG in the v69(release).
