ERROR: SetWBFS: -4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Not sure. I loaded and installed everything correctly, checked my HD 
compatibility, but it won't load this game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game's supposed to start, instead, I get an error message.

What version of the loader are you using?
=Configurable SD/USB Loader v70

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
=4.3

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
=HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
-ntfs

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
-249,250,222

Does it work with other loaders?
-not sure, haven't tried

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
-same answer as above

Also I can't get into this screen (i.e., get the HDD to be recognized unless I 
go 250).

But if I use 249, the error becomes [ -128 ] instead of [ -4 ].

I have the same problem with Sonic The Hedgehog Colors.
He's doesnt works on any loader...
