ntfs partition can't remove game

NTFS is read only for the loader.  You'll need to delete the game from your PC.

But the necessary libraries to modify the NTFS partitions is available more to a
month ago. I don't remember now the app name , but you can edit ,add and delete 
files
in a NTFS partition, I don't know how  difficult is to implement this,but if 
you

As a work-around, WiiXplorer can be used to delete files on ntfs.
